Drive BNPL program awareness with embedded promotions

Buyers can't use terms they never see. With Balance blocks you can easily put your BNPL program in front of buyers wherever they already are, and show buyers without an approved credit limit an instant pre-qualification message.

How does it work:

• Place Balance blocks on your landing pages, checkout, and account pages

• Eligible buyers see a pre-qualification message in context

• One click shows them the amount they pre-qualify for

At checkout, Balance Blocks can prompt buyers whose orders exceed their existing credit limit to request a higher limit.

Track every invoice-related action, in one timeline

Get complete visibility of an invoice’s lifecycle directly in your merchant dashboard. Follow the invoice from creation through to resolution in a single timeline. Visible data includes: creation date, payment attempts, success/failure, disputes and resolutions.

This feature is now live in the merchant dashboard.

Onboard and pay vendors in 14 additional countries

Vendor payout coverage now reaches Argentina, Costa Rica, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Dominican Republic, Greece, Hong Kong, Israel, Kazakhstan, Lithuania, Panama, Portugal, South Africa, and Tanzania. Vendors in those markets can onboard and get paid through the same flow your other vendors use today.

What’s more, vendors can now easily upload supporting documents during their onboarding process.

Multi-merchant account access - now live!

Managing multiple businesses on Balance? You can now switch between merchant accounts with ease. Once you’re linked to more than one account, a dedicated dropdown appears in the sidebar for quick switching across your different accounts.

Additional enhancements

• More control in Sentinel: Sentinel now supports multiple reviews per transaction, and the search function has been extended across the "review" and "blocked" sections.

• Dispute management for consolidated invoices: dispute management features are now also available for consolidated invoices.
