Product Update: July 2024
This month, we’re excited to introduce three new features that will help you scale your net terms program, manage backorder transactions more efficiently, and gain improved visibility into your key financial data.
Let's dive in.
Guest Credit Application.
Qualify buyers at scale hassle-free.
Your buyers can now apply for net terms without needing to create an account or log in. Our Guest Credit Application eliminates all account-related steps and does not store any buyer information on your website.
Now, you have a single link you can share with any buyer. No individual links required. This link takes buyers directly to the net terms application flow.
This streamlined approach means there’s no need to set up a dedicated sign-up page. Your buyers won’t have to navigate through separate sign-up and qualification flows. One link, one flow - that’s all it takes.
Moreover, scaling your net terms program has never been easier. Simply distribute the link to your buyers or have your sales team share it in the field.
Note: This feature is now available in beta. For more information, visit our documentation.
Advanced Invoicing for Backorder Transactions.
Effectively manage backorder transactions and partial shipments with advanced invoicing capabilities.
Backorder transactions, where buyers order out-of-stock products, pose significant challenges for every B2B merchant. They require accurate billing for partial shipments, clear status updates on backordered items, and effective buyer communication.
Our Advanced Invoicing capability enables you to more effectively tackle backorder transaction challenges by supporting multiple captures per transaction and partial shipments.
Precision invoicing for partial shipments: Capture and create invoices for specific line items within an order, ensuring that you bill your customers accurately for the items that are ready for delivery while keeping track of items on backorder.
Comprehensive invoice information: Include details such as due dates and metadata, ensuring all relevant information is captured and communicated clearly both internally and to your customers.
This new capability streamlines order management and invoicing, providing greater flexibility and control over your sales and inventory, so you can handle backorders and partial shipments more effectively.

Dashboard Reports.
Access critical financial data quickly and easily with our new self-serve reporting tool.
You can now review and download key reports directly from your dashboard for enhanced visibility and better planning.
Activity Statement: Gain a comprehensive view of your account activities, including transactions, withdrawals, and payouts for a specified period, all in a single report.
Balance Summary: Track account balance changes with a detailed summary for a chosen period, including transactions segmented by type.
Excess Funds Report: Gain visibility into cash application status by viewing funds received but not yet reconciled with open invoices.
This feature is currently in beta and will be released gradually. For more information, visit our documentation.
