Product Update: December 2022
Performance improvements
We have significantly improved the “My Balance” page load time. Our team has been working hard to optimize the performance of our application, and as a result, you should now experience faster and more responsive page loads.
Improved vendor reconciliation
Accurate and timely information regarding orders and their respective payments plays a significant role in a vendor’s ability to efficiently close their books.
Vendors will now receive both a confirmation email upon successful completion of a payout, as well as a monthly payout summary email. These enhanced notifications will include estimated date and time of payout arrival, payout ID, related bank statement descriptor, and payout amount in the vendor’s local currency.

Save a draft of your invoice in the Dashboard
Using our new Dashboard enhancement, you can create a new invoice, save it, and continue working on it later. Once saved, you can return at any point to easily complete the process.
More details can be found here: https://docs.getbalance.com/docs/dashboard-transactions#draft-invoices
Buyer email preferences (To & CC)
You can now define an email recipient list by buyer, so that all email addresses in this list will receive order-related emails, enabling you to keep these stakeholders informed. Defining the buyer's email list can be done once via API or the Balance Dashboard, rather than defining it repeatedly per invoice.
