This month, we’re thrilled to introduce features that seamlessly connect Balance to your other systems, eliminating manual syncing and enabling powerful automation.

Let's dive in.

Sync Your ERP Invoices Automatically.

Introducing effortless and secure ERP invoice syncing.

Invoice syncing streamlines financial operations by automating the secure exchange of invoicing data, reducing manual input errors, and ensuring timely updates, leading to enhanced accuracy and operational efficiency.

SFTP integration now provides an additional layer of security and ease for syncing your data. By using Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP), your business can safely transmit large volumes of invoicing information without the need for API connections. SFTP ensures encrypted file transfers, reducing the risk of data breaches, and further automating the data syncing process for a smoother workflow. This integration enhances both security and convenience, allowing you to manage your financial operations with greater confidence.

Additionally, API integration directly with your ERP system is available upon request, providing an even more seamless and tailored solution for your invoicing needs.

Introducing Custom Metadata Syncing.

Streamline operations by adding and syncing custom metadata across systems.

Our new Metadata Entry feature allows you to add custom metadata to key entities like invoices, transactions, buyers, and vendors directly within Balance.

If your ERP or accounting system uses internal IDs for specific invoices or buyers, you can now enter those IDs into Balance. This addition ensures consistent data across systems and simplifies the automation of workflows between them, enhancing both efficiency and accuracy.

Start using Metadata Entry today to integrate and sync your data across Balance and other systems.
