Collection services for non-financed transactions

Balance is expanding its collection offering and starting today merchants can choose to opt-in to use Balance’s collection services for invoices that were not financed by Balance. 

Using this new service, you can stop chasing payments and let Balance use its different processes to remind your buyers on late payments and handle each collection case.

If you choose to leverage this new capability, Balance will add the non-financed transactions to its collection efforts, including sending automated collection emails to late buyers.
